DOUGLAS COUNTY 4-H

Douglas County Cooperative Extension 4-H Programs give young people a chance to learn new skills, gain self confidence, and contribute to their communities. 4-H Youth Development faculty and staff create real-world experiences that teach leadership and citizenship skills.

4-H ENROLLMENT 

• 2012  4-H Project Guide-Use this guide to choose your 4-H projects when you enroll (289 kb, 20 pgs)
• Member Enrollment Form 2011-2012-Please use this new form for enrolling in 4-H for 2010-2011.
• Adult Leader Enrollment Form -For returning 4-H leaders. New leaders must attend a 
  Volunteer Orientation in winter/spring.
• Add/Drop Form-Use this form to add or drop a project before May 1.
