Soil Testing

Farm Samples-If you ship the samples the fee is $7.00 if you bring it in and and we ship them it is $15.00.
There is a soil probe available for sign out at the UW-Extension Office.

Plant Analysis Form for Crops-Fill out the this form Sample Form and plant analysis Instructions

Residential Samples-Fill out form Soil Submission form and either ship it yourself with a
check/credit card and this form to the address on the instructions or you can bring it in
to the office and we ship it for you weaccept check or cash only at the office.
 ***If you ship it the fee is $15.00 plus postage or $20.00 if we ship it.

**Bring your sample into Room 107, Courthouse.
Please only bring in 1.5-2 cups for each site. $20.00 per site.
